Not only has Greg been an incredible advisor to the project, his team has done excellent work on the common areas and the 4-5 rooms they work on w/ Designers. Cook Construction handled our extensive water damage repairs in our home. I appreciated a site manager on our property whenever work was being done. They also stood out as an organized contractor with Friday notes summarizing the work of the week and the proposed work for the following week. Greg’s team was overly courteous to my neighbors as well as picking up the job site each night. I appreciated these small details very much. Lastly one day many months after our project was complete, our doorbell rang. There was Chris and his beautiful children out on a walk and wanted to say hi. Chris was one of the site managers. We chatted, and they kept going on their walk. The following week Chris sent me an email as he noticed a flaw on our front steps. He knew how to fix it and sent someone over to our home. Honestly I wanted to ask Chris about our stucco when he rang the bell. Yet I also just appreciated that he stopped over to say hi and wanted to keep the visit friendly. My expectations were exceeded when Chris sent over someone to take care of our stucco run off, and I didn’t even need to ask! This happened long after Cook Construction received our final payment for the project. If you are looking for a contractor, I highly recommend Greg Cook and his team!
