I had an experience with one of the employees of this company. This incident occurred today around 5:00pm, at his residence on the street of Polk Ave in Cape canaveral. I will not include full address because of privacy policy.I am working on behalf of a service company, running a routine service call. I parked in an unmarked space at this multiple unit building he lives in. I proceed to customers unit, no more than 15 minutes later, I come out to the vehicle to get some tools. This guy comes out blaring foul language and threatening assault me as I parked in his parking spot.I proceeded to say that there is NO issue, I will move the car. I get it, people like parking spots infront of their unit, awesome. Things happen.I was not confrontational. I had other things to attend too. Not a guy with obvious anger issues.This was a horrible way to act, especially giving such a bad representation of the company this guy is driving the truck from.I would have happily moved without all the disrespect towards another human that was nothing but polite and professional.If this review makes it to him.. please encourage him to act better and more reserved. After all, Florida is pro 2nd amendment and cameras are everywhere. Me? Other people's mental issues is not worth my time.I advise any customers to have caution with a dude 5'7 with black hair and a tan. Medium build. Not the nicest person behind the mask. Very volatile. Very angry. Very disrespectful.
