The owner also enjoys yelling at women and the elderly since he has no respect for anyone in this town. If I could give zero stars, I would. We hired DHM to renovate my grandmother’s house, and the experience was an absolute nightmare. Deadlines were missed over and over again with excuse after excuse. The quality of work was awful — sloppy craftsmanship, cut corners, and careless mistakes that made the house look worse than before. Worst of all, DHM was incredibly disrespectful to my grandmother, treating her with impatience and rudeness throughout the entire process. It’s clear he had no professionalism, no pride in his work, and no regard for his clients. Save yourself the stress and find someone who actually cares about the job — and the people they’re doing it for.
Working with DHM for our home renovation was a great experience. Not without hiccups, as all major projects will have, but DHM's responsiveness and quick solutions made even those easy to navigate. The quality of the final product is excellent and the cost was more than fair for the service, materials, and craftsmanship. We even came in under budget, and I love being in our new space everyday!
We worked with DHM in 2018/19 to get our waterfront primary residence and two others ready for sale. Interior and exterior remodeling was done quickly and cost effectively, without compromising on quality. We sold the properties through DHM Real Estate group and got our top dollar asking prices.They are currently working on a new build, custom home for us. Dan, Heather and their team are very hands-on. They are very accessible and easy to communicate with and keep us informed every step of the way. The project is at an advanced stage and we’ve been extremely pleased with the creativity, flexibility, responsiveness, attention to detail and the quality of workmanship. We highly recommend them.
DHM Construction was professional and their work was meticulous. They were on time and transformed our bathrooms into modern masterpieces. They also updated our living room to include refacing our fireplace. Their style choices are top notch. I would highly recommend them for any work from a simple remodel to an entire custom build.
