Ryan is a great guy he knows how things are done rightfully and he’s fast and reliable.
Gave a price got a deposit saying he could do the job but never finished refused to respond to calls had to go to his house where he said he was going to finish. He never came never called again left messages including on his house phone. Two weeks later No Show No Call and he only lives around the corner. He also left a mess for us to clean up. I would like for seniors like us to be cautious of who you hire basically all talk no action on his behalf. Just a further note we have a written contract with him for the job. BEWARE if HIRING this person.
