Preparing for my trial, which RJ settled out of court, I asked the Court how many lawsuits RJ (and TBC Ready Mix, owned by RJ) have been involved in. As quoted from the Court: “For RJ Concrete and Construction Ltd., beside your case there are 14 Small Claims cases and 12 Civil cases. For T.B.C. Ready Mix, besides your case there are 6 Small Claims Court Cases and 4 Civil cases.”
