Usiel Montano and his crew saved my building project. We had some issues with the previous concrete slab (not related to USM) and this pour seems to be perfect. These guys even made sure there was no organic material underneath the slab. Very meticulous, square, with a perfect finish. This is for the inside of a 35 ft x 50 ft steal building. The foundation and finish is very important. I couldn't be happier. Now that the building is done, I have no other finishing required for the floor. Excellent, timely, professional work.
I cannot say enough good things about USM Construction. Their work is exceptional! I had a pretty big job and I gave them a call to get an estimate and immediately I was impressed with the professionalism and the desire to earn my business. We communicated for a few months while I shopped around for a better price and a better contractor. All that did was frustrate me even more because I should have just went with the first person I called USM Construction LLC. Other contractors gave me bids double and even triple what USM gave me on my first phone call and it felt like they could care less if they earned my business. I was so impressed with the work and the price that I brought him back a month later and poured an additional slab in front of the slab they poured a month ago and could not be happier! Can’t say enough good things about Usiel and his team. They were very professional and detailed. The estimate was thorough and fair, responsiveness was great with the ability, and willingness, to answer all of my questions and make sure I understood the process. They provided a schedule and stuck to it with no delays. It was clear that they knew what they were doing and responded quickly to concerns I had and promptly rectified any issue. If you need a foundation poured, I highly recommend this team.
Usiel and his company poured a foundation for our building. They arrived on Wednesday and dug and prepared the foundation in one day. On Friday they arrived early and poured the concrete.They were courteous and professional in their work. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing concrete work.
Very good job......very fair price....very professional......they showed up when they said and did a great job....I will use them in the future for other projects...I will have no problem referring them to anyone.
