He even helped us get some minor concrete work done after another contractor flaked on us - and we hadn't even officially hired him for the patio project yet.Manuel was even digitally savvy. He used a software program to manage estimating, contract signing, and change orders - documents each of us had access to online.Unlike a lot of contractor companies who send out an estimator and project manager at the beginning but then disappear when the actual work begins leaving workers on their own without onsite guidance, Manuel was present on the job almost every day. He even did quite a bit of the work alongside his team.Our project was semi-complicated and they handled every challenge with great skill and competency. They worked off of my designs and paid attention to all the little details that mattered to me.Most importantly, when problems occurred (they always do) they were more than willing to change or re-do something to meet my expectations.
