RUN AWAY. I would give them "no stars" if it was possible...saw them in Home Mag as an advertiser. A young man showed up and did the project walk with me and my husband, took a video of areas to be included in the job-paver cleaning (no sealing), polymeric sand restoration, and power wash of a few concrete areas. The young man stated that we should have a quote within a few days. After 10 days and no contact from anyone, reached out to the young man who did the job walk to make sure CPR had correct contact info. They did. After 3 attempts, finally received quote. It looked good. We signed contract and paid deposit. I immediately received an email requesting a review of CPRs service. ?? No work had been done. I ignored it. Then I received an email with the word "SCHEDULING". Sent an email asking for CPR to throw out dates for scheduling so we could work out mutually convenient date. The next day I happened to be in my email and an email entitled "REMINDER" popped up, that CPR would be arriving to do the work the next day. I immediately replied it would not work, and then I got specific- two weeks out at least. No response. The next day I received a phone call as I was getting ready to leave the house. They were at our house. I apologized to another very nice young man, and explained that I had reached out about scheduling (that today would not work) and no one ever responded. He left. I called and left a message to reschedule (2 weeks out at least). No phone response. Tried 8 days later with another email to get scheduled. 5 days later at 7 pm received a text that they would be arriving THE NEXT DAY, and it was the WRONG SCOPE OF WORK. No. Obviously no one read my emails about scheduling, or bothered to check the scope of work before reaching out. I threw up my hands and asked for our deposit back. No response. Sent another text to return our deposit. No response. I'm now disputing the credit card charge. After further checking into this company, we clearly dodged a bullet. Our patio may not be very clean, but at least it wasn't ruined-check out the story on the BBB website, and what this company did to another homeowner's paver patio. BEWARE
Hired CPR to clean and reseal our 9 year old pavers back in October. Started out well with Manny and his son working hard to clean them. All went downhill from there. Drew & Joe came mid afternoon to fill the sand that had come out during hot water surface cleaning. Our contract stated the use of polymeric sand, but they suggested using mesh 30 instead. Joe took a bag of sand & started throwing it all over. Drew went out to their truck to make some calls. Joe brushed the sand around and was rushing to get it done before dark. He ended up sealing it with clumps of sand on top of pavers in several areas and a fine layer of sand in many areas. We were not able to see the completed project because it was now dark. They sold us on doing a responsible job and we made the mistake of not closely watching the overage of sand & paying them the same day. Twice, Drew sent out workers (again late in day as almost dark) to look at our mess and do a "touch up". They then found a simple "touch up" would not solve the problems. We waited for all the winter rains to pass & now CPR refuses to correct their inappropriate actions.......even though their warranty states "We stand behind our craftsmanship".
Your crew, Manny & Luis, replaced cracked brick on our home's front entry, replaced sunken brick that bordered our patio, and added new brick to border our landscaped areas. Manny did an excellent job matching the existing brick color, texture, and decorative accents. The additions blend well with the previous brickwork as if they had always been there. They also cleaned up afterwards. We are very pleased with how it all looks.
I had a great experience with concrete paver restoration. They put down 500sq ft of new pavers around my new workshop. Working with Rob the job superintendent was easy and Manny does good work as well.
I had layers and layers of failing sealer on my pool deck. Not only was the price fair, their work and attention to detail was amazing. This process can be a bit messy but they diligently made sure to clean up after the process. Then they recommended a proper sealer designed to withstand the uv rays the product is astonishing. I highly recommend Concrete Paver Restorations!
