We had a great experience NAB Construction! Our pickleball court had broken concrete on one end, and was too short on the other. NAB removed all the bad concrete and replaced it with pavers, and on the other side of the court, added 5 feet of concrete where we had lawn, as well as adding to our existing retaining wall. After the pavers were installed, I noticed something not to my preference with the paver layout. I contacted Nick, our site manager from NAB, and he was very responsive, and arranged for Nate (the company president) to come out right away and discuss the matter, which was resolved that same day to my complete satisfaction. Nick also was happy to arrange for a few other small tasks related to bricks and concrete on our property to be taken care of, and they were - at no added cost. NAB construction was not the lowest bid we got for this work, but I have learned the hard way that going with the lowest price is not always a great idea, and I am glad I went with NAB for this project. I'm very satisfied with the results of this project, and would not hesitate to recommend NAB construction to others.
NAB construction helped us complete a full redesign of our backyard. Nate was always available for questions and checked in with us more then once a week in person, in addition to our project manager who was on site daily. They helped us stay on budget and completed the project within the original timeline discussed. We are so happy with our new backyard and would highly recommend using NAB!
Nate was very easy to work with. He took my vision of a perfect backyard and actually made it better! He proposed great ideas and within my budget. His men worked very fast and finished ahead of schedule. I have used Nate for yard work twice in two years and he never disappoints me!
Our project involved adding a driveway to our front yard and addressing a drainage issue. I researched four contractors and received estimates from each. From the beginning, Nate from NAB Construction stood out. He was the only one who followed up on his quote and was flexible in meeting with my husband and me when we made changes to the project. He quickly updated the estimate and gave us a new price on the spot. While his quote was reasonable, what impressed us most was Nate’s genuine desire to help.Although this was likely a small project for NAB Construction, they never made us feel that way. We shared our concerns about the drainage and provided photos of the issues. Our start date was delayed a few days due to rain, but Nate’s crew began shortly after. They worked diligently, were always responsive to our questions, and offered helpful recommendations when we asked. Nate was also easily accessible via email, phone, and text.When we encountered a permitting issue with the County, Nate quickly intervened and provided the necessary documentation to avoid delays. Whenever adjustments were needed during the project, Nate and his crew promptly made changes to accommodate our requests. The work was completed on time, within the original quote, and with no unexpected costs.Since the project’s completion, Nate has followed up to ensure everything is going well. I’m confident that if any issues arise in the future, Nate, being a man of his word, will take care of them for us. I could not imagine using anyone else for our future projects.
NAB crew were amazing. Nate was fantastic to work with being responsive, fair, and actually on site every day. A crew of 6 workers were diligent and skilled and always moving.They went from demolition to fully complete wall (with French drain) in two and a half days! (see before and after pics) And when they found an additional roof drain they connected that up for free!Our friends commented on how great it looked asked for their number to do concrete work on their houses. (which we gladly gave to them)If you need fast, quality concrete/outdoor hardscaping work at a fair price, NAB is the one to call!
