We couldn’t be more pleased with the excellent job Justin Rusher of Hittle Construction (HC) did with our exterior project. HC collaborated with Sundown Gardens and did a seamless job coordinating efforts. HC’s portion of the project included upper decking and installing a spiral staircase. The results surpassed our expectations . . . beautiful design and impressive work! Overall, Justin did an amazing job leading his team. We extend a special shout-out to Ronaldo, Project Manager. Our compliments to the HC crew for their work ethics and skill level. They worked diligently, did an exceptional job, and finished each day with an impeccable clean-up. Great experience with a new deck build! They gave design advice for design I would never have thought of and the quality of work is outstanding! I love my new deck. Highly recommend!
They came out fairly promptly to provide an estimate of the decking work we wanted them to perform. They claimed it would take about 2 weeks to generate that estimate. It has now been over 2 months and every time I call they say they will look it up and call me back or have someone else call me back. I have yet to receive a call back from them.
