This company is very personal and cares deeply about their customers from start to finish. My experience with calling around to different electricians was leaving a voice message, text or talking to a robot. When l called the first time, a sweet lady told me that someone would call me right back to set up an appointment. Less than 15 minutes, received call back, appointment for the same day was set and all questions were answered by another sweet lady. Tanner was the electrician that took care of my issues. He was so polite, professional and such a gentleman. He was very patient with helping me understand what my electrical issues were. I will definitely be calling them back for any future electrical issues if needed. Thank you so much for not making me feel like l was just a number. You guys are the best!!!

They first were so efficient with communication setting up appointments to our convenience and were happy to oblige unforeseen changes. Secondly, they were very clear with what would need to be done on each job and quoted things clearly, no hidden costs. Finally the jobs were completed in less time than expected. I also loved the fact that they had an apprentice there learning from a mentor with hands on experience. I so appreciate people helping others find their paths!
