This company is very personal and cares deeply about their customers from start to finish. My experience with calling around to different electricians was leaving a voice message, text or talking to a robot. When l called the first time, a sweet lady told me that someone would call me right back to set up an appointment. Less than 15 minutes, received call back, appointment for the same day was set and all questions were answered by another sweet lady. Tanner was the electrician that took care of my issues. He was so polite, professional and such a gentleman. He was very patient with helping me understand what my electrical issues were. I will definitely be calling them back for any future electrical issues if needed. Thank you so much for not making me feel like l was just a number. You guys are the best!!!

We could not have been more pleased with the service team of this amazing company. They first were so efficient with communication setting up appointments to our convenience and were happy to oblige unforeseen changes. Secondly, they were very clear with what would need to be done on each job and quoted things clearly, no hidden costs. Finally the jobs were completed in less time than expected. I also loved the fact that they had an apprentice there learning from a mentor with hands on experience. I so appreciate people helping others find their paths! She is a master at the art of follow-up and building trust, which is one of the most important and fragile parts of any customer relationship. With most companies, the little things like actually calling you back when they say they will, confirming a schedule, or keeping you updated often fall through. That is when trust breaks down. With Davina, she delivers every time. She remembers details, stays on top of the schedule, makes sure nothing slips, and handles it all with ease. That reliability takes a huge load off your plate, and it is rare to find someone who consistently delivers like she does. She is not just good at her job, she is a true partner, and that makes all the difference. And the icing on the cake is that she is always in a good mood. Davina brings positive energy to every interaction, has a disarming way of putting you in a good mood too, and it is clear she genuinely loves what she does. It shines through. We have now done four jobs with iFix, and every one has been a great experience. Most recently I had an emergency panel upgrade, and they prioritized it and came out the same day to get it done.
