Installation of new Kohler Generator: Edgar and Ben of PowerPlus Electric were a pleasure to work with. They showed up on time each day and worked diligently on the installation. They were both pleasant and willing to answer questions. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing electrical work performed.

The Power Plus Electrical Service team was professional, efficient and helpful in fixing and diagnosing electrical issues in my 100-year-old house. Caleb and Doug changed a light fixture, identified ungrounded outlets and will help properly label my electrical panel. The main office follow-up with Melea was excellent, too. I highly recommend this crew!

Here I sit in my house on the eve of an historic ice storm. A year ago, I would be stressed by the impending doom of another potential multi-day power outage. However, I am calm and relaxed. I am confident that the work Jeff and his crew have done to my house will get me through. Power Plus has been to my house numerous times to add multiple circuits and a sub panel for my woodshop, install a Generac generator, and more. Justin and Woodson, our workmen from Power Plus arrived early and worked for 5 straight hours. They were friendly, professional, careful with our things, and explained what they were doing and why, when needed. Justin, who was training Woodson, was positive with his explanations and feedback. Woodson installed our MBR fan perfectly on his own and was obviously comfortable and receptive to Justin’s expectations and guidance. Both men set up drapes to keep our home clean and swept up after themselves without being asked. I had purchased the wrong type of rheostats, but Justin had some in his truck, and they were reasonably priced. When I first called for a quote but wanted it done over the phone due to COVID concerns, Jeff Cox, the owner, called me back within minutes. We are new to the area; it is nice to know that we have a reliable, quality company to which to turn for any future electrical needs.
