The technicians are always very knowledgable, pleasant and do an exceptional job. They answer all of my questions and explain the scope of work being performed. They clean up nicely when finished. I have been extremely satisfied with their services throughout the years. I love having an electric company that I can count on and know the job will be done perfectly. I was told Horn would be over between 8:30 and 9:00. By 9:30 they weren't here so I called the office. The woman said the electrician had stopped for gas and would be there soon. At 9:47, he still wasn't here so I called the office to cancel. The woman was confrontational as if I did something wrong. Terrible way to run a business... I'm shocked. Needless to say, I don't recommend using Horn.
Very professional people. Guys know what they are doing. A bit pricey compared to some others but worth it. Had an attic exhaust fan installed in my roof with no issues. Also installed some motion detector lights. Will use Horn again.
I have used Horn Electric for three different jobs at my house. In every instance, they have been very responsive and do quality work, on time, and at a reasonable price. These were standard household jobs and two unique jobs, all completed with great advice on approach and excellent quality. I highly recommend for all your electrical needs!
The best electricians I’ve ever hired. Sam came to give me an estimate quickly then scheduled the work. Craig and Josh worked all day to switch out the old fuse box for a new circuit breaker. Very professional, polite, neat. Checked that everything worked before they left. I recommend highly.
