Hats off to All-Systems Electric they have done phenomenal work for me in the past and when they showed up to do some additional work this time, I showed them what I needed and they actually offered a better solution then I was thinking and I could do myself - they said NO charge. It was a pleasant surprise to know that there’s businesses out there with integrity, care and quality service. Thanks All-Systems! I’ll be in touch in the future :-)
Short: not professional, lied to, over billed, didn't listen to customer.Do not hire this company.Long:We contacted ASE to have an EV charger installed in our garage. On the first day, two employees showed up and cut a hole in the drywall beneath the electric panel. After 15 minutes they notified us that they did not have the necessary parts. One employee returned the next day and spent 45 minutes. I even helped him out. Honestly, he was great and did a great job.Please note the attached picture. We purchased the Tesla wall charger and had it installed no more than 12 inches from our panel.We were billed for 3.5 hours of time plus parts. After receiving the invoice I immediately contacted the owner to notify him that the invoice was incorrect. I was happy to pay for their service. I was not happy that they billed me incorrectly. After repeated attempts to notify the owner that the invoice was incorrect I was forced to pay the invoice "or face legal action" (direct quote from the company accountant). In the end, we paid the invoice to get away from this terrible experience. I would not recommend All-Systems Electric. I will not be using their services again.
