They were knowledgeable, efficient, and thorough throughout the service.Jack and Adrian performed the New Dawn Electric Premium Home Electrical Safety & Reliability Audit to establish a baseline for my home’s electrical system.During the audit and inspection, they identified and addressed two minor issues:• A loose outlet in the kitchen, which they secured properly.• A GFCI outlet powering the garage refrigerator that was also protected by a GFCI breaker in the panel which was causing reliability issues; they replaced it with a standard duplex outlet to resolve the issue.I appreciated their clear explanations, strong attention to detail and safety, and the overall peace of mind the audit and repairs provided.I already have plans to have New Dawn Electric, and specifically Jack and Adrian, handle a couple of upcoming electrical projects for us in the near future.I strongly suggest you give New Dawn Electric a call for any of your home electrical needs.
I have worked with Luke of New Dawn on several occasions and have had positive experiences each time. It was natural to contact him for a quote on having a charger for our new electric car installed. Luke was kind enough to quote me four ways: running cable through the attic, or around the perimeter of the house; using 50 or 60 amp cable. We wanted to go through the attic but if it couldn't be done we knew what it would cost to go around the perimeter. Fortunately Luke and his associate Dave got the cable through our crawl space attic which saved us a significant amount of money. After several hours of work Luke and Dave left our property very neat and tidy. Luke worked with me to get the app downloaded onto my phone, get registered and make sure the app found our device and got it online before they departed. It is working like a charm. Thanks to New Dawn, Luke and Dave for a job well done at a reasonable price.
