Wonderful surprise: this company is a legit, honest and customer focused organization. The rep I first contacted handled my request professionally, and friendly. Ryan G. (the electrician) texted me ahead of arrival, introduced himself in a friendly manner, then listened carefully to my wishes and suggestions. He then suggested much better options, quoted me the jobs individually (love that) and I got a US Veteran discount, then told me he could complete the job that day. He worked constantly, carefully and cleaned up afterwards. I will always use his company and hopefully Ryan as my "go to" in the electrical world.I had an exhaust fan installed in the laundry room and a timer installed on the interior switches for three exterior lights.
From start to finish, the service has been outstanding. After providing a prompt and reasonable quote two days ago, Mark returned today to complete the work and once again delivered exceptional service. He arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and worked efficiently. The quality of the work is excellent, and he made sure everything was safe, clean, and exactly how we wanted it. From my very first call with the electrician, Mark, the communication was clear and consistent. I called Monday afternoon and was able to get an appointment for Tuesday morning,such fast service! I received appointment confirmations and updates when the electrician was on the way, which I really appreciated.Mark was friendly, polite, and personable. I immediately felt more comfortable and confident with him than with the three other electrical companies I had spoken to. He was reassuring, reasonable, and made it clear that whatever we needed, he could make it happen. We even received a quote during the same visit before he left. From start to finish, their service was top-notch.Lucas was incredibly knowledgeable, confident, and professional—never pushy, just straightforward and helpful. His customer service, along with his brother (who is apprenticing), was truly second to none. They worked efficiently, explained everything clearly, and you could tell they take pride in their work.The customer service representative who handled scheduling was also fantastic. I received a quote within a few hours of my initial call, and when I called back to schedule the work, they were able to arrive within just a couple of hours. That kind of responsiveness is rare.Their pricing was very reasonable and beat several other companies I contacted. On top of that, their vehicles and uniforms were extremely professional, which immediately gave me confidence in their operation.I will 100% be calling ResQmedics again for any future electrical projects and will absolutely be referring them to friends and family. Great electricians that are better priced with more ethical electricians/no nonsense, (no hiding DYIs I can do myself as a pro charge of $400+), etc than Mr Sparky. Sad Mr Sparky has become so shady but excited to have found a replacement with these pros.
