Thankful for BJ and his team! We called him to replace an outlet in our bathroom and after taking a look at things he determined there was a much bigger issue. So thankful that he was able to identify the problem and take the time right then to replace our panel. He explained everything very well, kept things clean and was great at communicating. He even came back quickly to help us with another issue. He is quick to respond to phone calls and great at what he does. Highly recommend!

Please don’t hire this company. Once the owner locks down higher paying jobs, he will completely ghost you. We hired him to install two fans and switches, downstairs patio outlet, and the upstairs patio outlet. He then talked us into getting a new electrical panel done, which was odd considering we had bought the house not even a year prior. We trusted his expertise and spent thousands, $4,750 to be exact.

Flash forward to this past summer (again, not even a year later from when he completed the work), and my daughter’s fan/light fixture was having issues. When we finally got a hold of him, he apologized saying he has been working nights for some big corporate companies. I gave him grace, said I understood, and I was happy his company was flourishing with bigger opportunities. After he came out and looked at everything, he removed my daughter’s light fixture and told us he would order a particular part or we could order it which we did. After that, he never answered my phone calls or texts, and my daughter was without a light fixture in her room until last month.

Very unimpressed and disappointed in the service/money we spent. I look forward to spending money with other local electricians who have a better response time and outstanding customer service.

Edited to add: the pool shed light was not included in the invoice, so I removed that part entirely from this review. However, after checking back at the invoice (as the owner is now asking for receipts of payment of which I have attached —blurred our residence for privacy), we actually spent double than what I originally posted. If work you originally completed didn’t last not even a year (daughter’s light fixture install), you fix it. Instead, I was ignored from August until now (December) only because I wrote a review. Looks like there is now a team of people who work for the company who could have assisted. The owner did finally respond once I posted the review, however, we have hired someone else to complete the unfinished job.

TC Electric installed a new electrical panel, recessed lighting, and install another panel for my shed. It was 2 younger electricians that did the work.(John and Tyler. You can really tell Mr Radford has taken a lot of time with these guys. They did an amazing job with everything. On time, well spoken and great prices. It good to know trades are still being well taught and appreciated.

We had a full panel replacement done, and it was a big job—but these guys handled it like total pros. They showed up right on time, kept in great communication throughout the whole process, and were both professional and super friendly. The pricing was very reasonable for the scope of work, and everything was done with care and attention to detail. Highly recommend them and will absolutely call again for future electrical needs!

Had a small fire in my electrical panel that required a new panel. BJ was extremely responsive and showed up that day! I think he started the installation @ 3pm and was done by 730pm which is absolutely amazing. I won’t be calling anyone else for my electrical needs. Left my house better than he found it.
