It was very easy to make an appointment and Luke came on schedule. After I described what I wanted done he explained what the process would look like from beginning to end. The company offers a free electrical inspection. Luke did the inspection as well as looking at what he needed to do to solve my problem. After that he gave me a quote and did not try to make me do more than was necessary. He was very courteous and professional. He emailed me a quote, I accepted the offer and he was in and out in a relatively short time. The entire process was smooth and hassle free and i got exactly what I paid for.
