Edited to add: They appear to have gone incommunicado. Our last three emails, texts, and phone calls have been ignored.What lovely people, but noticeably unsatisfactory service. I bought a generator from them last year. In five power outages this year, the generator has failed five times, and their service is "we'll get there when we can"; "it's raining"; "I don't make the generator". This after the first failure when two electricians responded with not a volt-ohmmeter between them, after telling me "We'll know about problems before you do because we monitor it", and after me having to clean up plastic, wire ends, and packaging from around their work area every time.So disappointed; as I say, they're lovely people, but not satisfactory electricians or warrantors.
Bailey was an amazing technician. I have never met someone with better customer service with such a genuine desire to solve the issue. He was here less than an hour and had us diagnosed and fixed. Beyond amazing. Do yourself a favor and request him.
This is one of the best electrical companies I have ever used. I needed a generator after Beryl and they were quick and affordable. I had to also get a new panel box and they did that job at the same time for a great price. Everyone that works there is excellent. Cyndi and Justin on the phone and Kenny the electrician on the ground. I had a slight issue with a breaker and they came out quickly to diagnose and fix it. Super grateful for them and look forward to using them more in the future for other projects. Thank you guys!
We got an outlet placed above the fireplace so that we didn't have to trail tv cords down the side. University electric came out quickly to do the quote and when we were ready to schedule the work, they were very flexible with availability. The work was done in no time and it was a great experience! We will definitely be using them again for future projects
