Customer feedback highlights prompt scheduling, courteous technicians, and clear explanations of work. Many reviews mention fair or affordable pricing and good cleanup after the job. Office staff communication and follow-up are praised. A small number of reviews cite concerns on workmanship, but these are uncommon relative to the overall rating.

Today we had nick at are house today. He put in a bathroom fan and a light switch. He did a wonderful job and he was friendly and told us what switch to turn the fan and lights on. I give this company and nick a five star.

Awesome company. The 2 guys that came over were knowledgeable and very respectful. They worked hard to trouble shoot anything that came up and cleaned up all messes that were made. Also extremely affordable. Low prices with high work standards. I'm super impressed and will be using them again.

Superb, outstanding, extremely affordable, efficient time and so much more. Im a single disabled female with a traumatic brain injury and agoraphobia. The professional woman who manages the staff and appointments is beyond pleasant, empathetic and actually calls you in the event she is able to have the professional come to your project site. The 2 very pleasant, professional and prompt working gentleman, Nick & Dakota, who repaired the mess I made in record time, cleaned up after themselves, explained what was needed and allowed me to watch out of curiously, terrific topics of conversation and Christian behaved young men. The pricing was very reasonable and way lower than anticipated, as my home has been this way for 8 months out of fear of pricing. I am so blessed to have known them each one and for the affordability as it is getting colder and my pets and plants appreciate warmth. Bless yourself and hire this amazing team, your mind will thank you

Outstanding customer service and work from start to finish! Very professional when I called in to set up initial visit. Monica did a great job following up with a billing question. No nonsense quote for the exact work I needed without extra fluff. Made this super competitive on price versus other bids. Day of service, Josh and Zack were excellent. Very professional. Exceptional work and cleaned up after their job very well. Would definitely hire again!

We called them out to do a number of smaller jobs in our home we’ve been wanting done. They had switched out a breaker-box when we bought the house and figured they would be a good go-to for additional jobs, but, unfortunately, we were wrong. I’ll list and add photos for all the issues we experienced to add validity to my review since it’s so different than their current rating. And to be clear, I did bring this to their attention first over the phone. They did not take the expected “we’re sorry for this,” “this isn’t our standard treatment of customers,” “let us make it right” kind of posture. I was told it really wasn’t their fault, there are risks with these jobs, and offered a small discount. It felt to me they just wanted to find the minimum dollar amount to get me to stop calling. The bill did get decreased a tiny bit, but nowhere near what damage was done. In the end, we were so far off from one another’s perspectives that I just paid the balance instead of calling again just to be done with it. I would strongly discourage anyone from using them and point to my photos as evidence.

Issue #1- While installing lighting, they put huge cracks in the ceiling of my dinning room. They said this happens when they install lights, it wasn’t their fault since it could happen to anyone, and they are “not set up to do drywall repairs.”

Issue #2- Areas around newly installed fans and switches were gouged by tools. Shame on us for having the house painted before doing electrical, but it does seem like little care was taken in looking out for the house.

Issue #3- When the workers came, they did not bring needed materials (specifically- a tarp). They asked us if we had one. When they were told we did not, they left and went to Menards for an hour and a half to get one. We live 5 minutes from Menards, which made the length of time a bit questionable. I was told that they might have taken their lunch during the time, which may be true. It was humorous when the compensation they gave during my call was that they took off labor time. They did work longer than they originally said they would be at the house, but they also took an unnecessarily long break in the day.
