Rude owner. Who comes to a person's home in their dirty boots from the snow without protective boot covers? He said oh they just ran out. He seem rather annoyed when I asked him to check if he had any. I also carry some as we've had a lot of contractors come by. In any case, so much for transparent pricing. Charged $150+ to diagnose a panel, and offered half-a-fix. I was expecting $100 as I stood there and watch them take 5 minute to test if there's any voltage on the breakers. They did literally nothing else. They did not disclose the diagnostic fee before coming out. They offered to replace 2 of the 3 breakers because the other one is a gfci and they don't carry it? How about quote the gfci breaker and go buy it from Home Depot. Why the hell would I want 2/3 of my equipment repaired? Asked for a quote for a panel replacement, and it was about 2000$. They saw the large home and went on their Highway robbery scheme.
