Everything was brought fully up to standard, and the work was clearly explained along the way. Even learned a thing and two. Felt like family. The job was done efficiently, safely, and with great attention to detail. I feel much more confident in the safety and reliability of the electrical system now. Tarek from FES Electric is absolutely INCREDIBLE! I called him with a serious commercial electrical issue, and he was at my door in just 15 minutes. He quickly diagnosed what turned out to be a very hazardous situation and quite literally prevented a major disaster. His expertise was crystal clear from the start—he walked us through every problem, explained what needed to be done, and gave us flexible repair options at different price levels.

He ordered all the correct parts right away (including a new transformer) and had us back up and running way faster than I expected. The professionalism, courtesy, and responsiveness were top-notch. On top of all that, he was kind, patient, and flexible—qualities you don’t always see with contractors under pressure.

This guy was freaking amazing. I’ll 100% be calling Tarek for ANY of my future electrical needs. If you need someone fast, professional, and trustworthy—he’s your guy.
