These guys have always come in clutch for me and my Airbnb. They even made it out on New Years Day and fixed a major electrical problem my guests were dealing with.We've had the pleasure of dealing with Jimmy, who's one of their electricians, twice. He's super friendly, professional and definitely a master of his craft. Always solves the problem quickly.
Normally I would of given B E a 5 star ?? review. I don't know what happened this time. I called for a bid. John P came out and took a look at my project. Seamed very positive about the job. Said he would send a bid out right away.....never heard from the company again. I did call 3 different times, and left voicemail each time with details and contact info....NO RESPONSE. Sure was sorry. I've always liked doing business with them.
First, but not last, time customers. Great experience! Jimmy was awesome! He explained everything he did, and made it easy to understand. He was professional and courteous, and really went the extra mile to resolve the (residential) issues we were having. We will definitely use Builders Electric Inc again, and recommend them to friends and neighbors!
We have used Builders electric for over a decade to service multiple business and residential needs. The most recent service included adding a wall box and full installation of a Bidet, the replacement and reset of two plug boxes and to change a continuous fan and put it on a timed box. They also pulled wire and moved an existing plug box over for new cabinets. They have always worked with us to take into consideration and prepare for future needs. Our next project is an outdoor workroom and while they were here under the house they prepped and ran pipe on the exterior of our home for the next project saving us time and money. They also drew the arc and path that we need to trench before the next phase.I am really surprised by the 1 star reviews because I have received consistent professional service over multiple complex service calls. We switch between 3 companies depending on which one has the earliest availability and the type of service needed. Builders Electric does not deviate from industry standards. They are clean, professional and complete the work in a timely manner. Their pricing falls in the middle compared to some other companies. Because we have had multiple businesses and have added 2 homes to our property we are experienced with the trades. We have been given estimates from various trades based on a phone call or a walk through that have changed once inside the wall, under the house, in the attic or the fuse box. This should be expected and factored into your budget when making an appointment and should not translate to a 1 star review.
