From start to finish, he was patient, well organized, and exceptionally easy to talk to. He took the time to clearly explain what needed to be done, why it mattered, and what to expect throughout the process.I never felt rushed. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and made sure I was comfortable with each step before moving forward. The work itself was completed professionally and efficiently, and everything was left clean and orderly.Beyond his technical skill, Danny is simply a likable, trustworthy person. PNW Electric did an AMAZING job replacing an old florescent light fixture in our bathroom with a new LED flat panel. The electrician, Danny, was super easy to work with & did a great job communicating the process & cost.

These guys did a fantastic job replacing our home's service main, updating some issues with our EV charger situation, and running a new circuit to our garage for some new outlets. Danny was really great at explaining what was going on, clearly knowledgeable and happy to communicate pros and cons of different approaches - and all this for about 40% less compared to another quote we got! We're very happy with their work and we'll be getting their help again in a month for another project :)
