Pete & Rob were amazing from start to finish. They were professional, courteous, and clear communicators. I asked them to kindly put on boot covers or remove their boots, and they were happy to do so. They executed the outlet relocation promptly, and with precision, leaving no damage and delivering a seamless, factory-look finish. My wife and I were very content with the outcome. I needed an electrical subpanel replacement. I got three quotes. One company didn't even open the panel and tried to sell me breakers that wouldn't even work with my home's wiring. They quoted me more than double the other companies. The second one didn't act professional at all and wanted to skip permits.Reyff sent out Zach who was very professional and answered all of my questions. He gave me a heads up on what else the city inspector would want done so I could get started on it myself. He also thought to look at my main breaker which needed replacement. Their quote was very competitive.Their office was super nice and helpful in getting the permits sorted. They communicated well about what was happening next. Their schedule was very full with the holidays coming up and the work couldn't be done until January 8th. But they moved some things around to get the work done before Christmas. I am very grateful for that.Pete and his apprentice came to do the work. They arrived on time, answered some more questions that I had, and were very professional. They completed the work faster than anticipated so my power was not off for long.I will use Reyff again for any future work and would recommend them to anyone I know that needs it.
Pete and Ben provided excellent service! Very professional and personable, as well. Pete figured out a way to install one of the new fixtures without cutting into the drywall. This saved us additional drywall work that we would’ve incurred. Friends of ours have had work done by Reyff previously on multiple occasions and referred us. Pete and Ben did not disappoint! Zach, Mellisa, Amber & Pete all did a fantastic job from the first day until installation. Communication was on point as was the ability to be flexible with my work schedule. A second person helped Pete with installation and I didn’t get his name but he was right there with the rest of the team providing excellent service. I will absolutely recommend Reyff Electric to any one that asks for services!
