Jerry did a great job on a maintenance issue. He was on time, quick and thorough. He explained the situation and cleared the alarm and showed the system check was good. Couldn’t ask for more.
I have to say you would think they paid me to do this review, but they didn’t!!! This company does quality work at a far price!!! The crew that came into my home was very professional and with a good sense of humor!!! One of the guys shared a story about his son that really had me laughing ??. I will always use this company for the good work and how they kept me informed on the time they were coming. Yep they did all that with e-mail & texting ??
Light It Up Electric did a great job. Zach was the installer and did a great job. He was professional, courteous, thorough, and completed everything in the time frame he gave me. I’m pleased with the work and the products. The lights look very nice. I can provide a photo of how the front yard turned out. I had some lights installed in the backyard, however the space is not complete yet to provide photos. I can post an update when the space is complete. I’m unsure about the cost because I haven’t had this type of work done before. I felt it was pricey but it may have been reasonable.Zach had to come back out on a different day to do a small amount of work that was needed. He contacted me when the part was ready. He also contacted me to keep me updated on his arrival time. He arrived and completed the job within an hour. He also provided me with help to understand how everything works. I appreciate his willingness to help me.
DJ came put earlier in the year to help reconnect a few fire alarms where the wiring was bad. He estimated adding a few lights in dark spaces upstairs that I have been meaning to brighten for over 15yrs now! Honored their estimate. Placed all lights in excellent locations (I have OCD) and left the areas clean!
