I had an electrical issue in my condo on Sunday 21 Dec, I called expecting to leave a message asking if someone could contact me in the morning. They answered and I was walked through the problem and it was fixed. When I told them to send me a bill, he said no and Merry Christmas. I was amazed and cannot tell you how much I appreciated this. Merry Christmas to the gentleman I spoke with and a very happy New Year.
We called harbour view about our outside plugs that weren’t working. Eugene showed up when he said he would and was very professional explained everything that he was doing! He got the problem fixed in great time we have also passed his name and your company name forward to friends and family to use going forward.
By chance ran into one of the owners on my street while he was on his way to another job ( sorry forgot your name already) and asked him if he could have a quick look at my electrical issue I was having.. Previous Company I had called was unsuccessful and wasn’t satisfied with their service at all .. Without hesitation, he came back like he said he would after he was finished his previous obligation. Took the time to diagnose my problem and reassured me of the situation and gave me a piece of mind. And Somehow resolved my issue with his thorough troubleshooting.. All I can say is what a great guy! True professional.. AND! Didn’t charge me 1/4 of what he could have..Thank you so much Sir for Your courteous and professional help. I can Sleep better, knowing my electrical issue has been resolved.. 5 ?? plus! Will definitely keep you in mind if I have any future needs.
