Probably one of the worst customer service encounters I have ever experienced! Called & got a quote for a job where the technician showed up an hour late. Received a quote for a reasonable price, but never had anyone show up to perform the work. Constantly called them to try and schedule but was always put off. Now they just simply don't answer their phones. I guess my business is not good enough. I hope whoever is in charge of scheduling or quotes will fix this process. Found another provider that actually cares about their customer... If I could leave 0 starts, I would.
