We've used Professional Electric (PE) since 2020 for various projects in our older home (built 1952). We would especially like to recognize the work and support we've received from Mr. Ivan Ray. We really can't say enough about his knowledge, skill, and expertise. He's done an outstanding job for us and he's the primary reason we continue to utilize PE services. It's comforting to know that we have access to such a skilled tradesman for our home.

Professional installed Kidde smoke alarms in our home. They went off several times in middle of night. The company returned twice to adjust but they never worked right. We finally got tired of calling the company and threw them away. Also, the workers left a lot of holes and torn sheetrock around the outlets. They removed 2-3 pieces of lumber from the porch stairs and replaced lumber in backwards manner. (Why remove ?).
We got another electrician to check their work and found junction box wires in attic that were not turned and finished correctly.
Previously, Professional had done some excellent work for us with vent fans for bathroom and recessive lighting.

My wife and I were looking to have our electrical brought up to code. When Ivan and Josh showed up we were greeted with professionalism, which put us at ease. When they went to work they were fully professional in their work ethics and kept us informed of their progress. They answered all of our questions in the ways we understood. We really enjoyed watching them and will keep this company and them in mind when electrical work is needed in the future. I would also give them more than a 5 stars and will recommend them to my friends.
