We were pleased with Cove Power and Colm for handling the power installation for our sauna. From the initial quote request, to the inspection visit, through the installation, and completion, everyone was professional and provided honest and detailed information. I had an issue when installing a thermostat and lost all power (not a simple breaker switch). I called Cove Power and instead of just sending out a guy, they talked me through the issue patiently and was able to identify the issue on the phone. Amazing service and very friendly and easy going. Will only be using them in future. Highly recommend!!
I am more than happy to give Cove Power a 5-star review, even though I have not yet had them perform any work for me! I contacted Cove Power regarding an issue with a bathroom fan in my rental unit. After attempting a few fixes on my own, I decided it was time to call in the professionals. I submitted my issue through their online portal and requested an electrician to come take a look.I was pleasantly surprised when Dave, the founder and CEO, reached out to me via email. He expressed his willingness to come inspect the fan but also provided a possible solution to the issue that I could try instead of incurring the cost of him coming out to look at it. It turns out his recommendation was spot on!While he may have cost himself my business this time, I will definitely consider Cove Power for future needs based solely on their integrity and exceptional customer service.
Cove Power was easy to deal with, came to our us to replace our smoke detectors within days of our call. Dave showed up on time with all the materials he needed and quickly performed the tasks, and gave us an orientation.
Had a very good first-time experience with Cove Power. Dave was great and not only helped me with the various things I needed done in the kitchen, but helped troubleshoot some other things and even offered ideas for my upcoming bathroom renovation too. Will definitely be calling them again for future projects.
