Being from Colorado and coming to Redding for a major project, I met Arron, he and his crew were instrumental on getting my project finished on time and on budget. Arron and his crew were awesome to work with and showed up when he said they would which is very important in our industry.I would highly recommend Wagner Electric.
The workers advised me that they don't have to give notice for shutting off an entire complex of their electricity. They let me know that they did not want to be electrocuted, and this is what had to be done. When I asked him why they couldn't give the apartment's notification if they were aware two days prior that the apartment complex manager wouldn't provide us a notice they advised me that that is not their concern, shouting "good job" as I was walking away. I assume this was a polite form of a sneer as the remark didn't make sense anne was said, after the conversation was over. They told me it would take thirty minutes. When I spoke with the actual electric company, they were unaware of the power shut of that was planned in advance by this company. We will be without power for a majority of day.
Great Experience!! We needed to have our home electrical panel replaced to keep the insurance company happy. We were working with a short deadline and this was also around the holidays. Wagner made it happen ??. Aaron was super friendly and even returned my phone call on Christmas Eve! Tyren in the office was also super helpful and would reply to emails and phone calls the same day. They made the whole process easy and we will definitely use Wagner again in the future.
Wagner installed my charging station that was free through Chevy. But since I needed it 20ft away from the electrical box to be useful , they charged me a couple hundred more - that was upsetting. While doing the work, the worker destroyed a couple of breakers. He said he need to go back to the office to get the right type, but they would be replaced for free. He came out and replaced the circuit breakers. Next thing I know, I have collections after me for the free replacement. I talked to the owner, he said he would find out about the situation and call me back. He never did, and now collections is calling again saying I owe $400 and threatening to ruin my credit score. Don’t do business with these people.
The circuit to my well pump stopped working. I needed a new circuit breaker to be put in but I have a very uncommon 1960s circuit breaker panel system. And the main switch was not turning off power to everything appropriately cuz that circuit breaker is going wonky also.I was referred to Wagner Electric by J&J Pump. A recently installed pump from my well had stopped working. J&J said it's an electrical problem they did not feel safe attempting to fix. They said that I need to get an electrician, because of my odd breakers, and the main was not fully shutting off.I called Wagner electric around 9:30 in the morning and explained how it was the circuit for my well pump and I wasn't getting water in the house until it's replaced. I explained I had an odd style of breakers. The nice person who answered they would have Mike the owner call me back when he came back in. I explained about the odd style breakers and said it might be better if I sent a picture so Mike would know what type of breakers I need. I sent two pictures.Mike showed up around 11:30 and even though he usually doesn't do the work he's more of a estimator for his crews, Mike came prepared and fixed my breaker panel so that my well pump was running by 1 p.m.I was impressed that the owner of a business would take care and get my issue addressed so quickly.Mike and his people are very friendly, they listen to my concerns and they make sure that they can get the job done to my satisfaction. My experience with Wagner electric is with a company that went above and beyond my expectations. The rate for the work is reasonable for the type of work done.I would not hesitate to refer anyone to Wagner Electric for their electrician needs.
