Remembered this company come out and do a repair job on our home AC back in 23'.. His name was either Jose or Joseph..The job got done, but the guy was EXTREMELY RUDE.Even told me he should "undo the job" he had done because it was taking me some time to get all of my payment together..my grandmother and two small children were in the house. Didn't appreciate it at all and it took everything in me not to curse him out for being so rude.I did call the company back afterward it actually happened but nothing ever came of it. It occurred to me that I never actually left a review about it then and it still bothers me today.I'm not sure if the guy even still works for this company now.. but if so he needs to be fired. To this day I still think about this in counter and use it as a reminder to not call again.
Andrew F. Came out to do a job. Prompt. Courteous. Professional. Job was completed at a fair price. No mess. Highly recommend.
Tommy at Amos Electric has been my go man for all of my electrical needs at our storage facilities in central Texas. We have used them for a few years and couldn’t be happier. We had other companies trying to price gouge us for lighting. Tommy came in and was very honest about what we actually needed and saved us from spending thousands more on unnecessary repairs that other companies were trying to charge for work we did not need. This is why we only work with them! He has an exceptional skill set and extensive knowledge in all things electrical. I know I can depend on them for fair pricing and quality work no matter how big or small the project is. They are always honest and fair with pricing. I highly recommend Amos for all your electrical needs and professional work!
Happy customer here! I called today to have an issue with our generator checked out and they came out same day and checked on it. We really appreciate that very much -especially with the predicted winter storm. Jordan provided outstanding service.Thank you Jordan and thank you Amos!!!
Fair pricing, great scheduling and a WONDERFUL TEAM! Tommy came out to quote: 3 ceiling fan installations, replacing 2 breakers that kept tripping and the installation of a dedicated circuit for our sauna. He was happy to answer any questions I had and did his best to answer in laygal terms. When Matthew and Andrew arrived (on time I might add) to perforn the work they were quick, clean and mighty cordial. But more important than all of that was that Matthew saved my sauna. MY BAD - I gave Tommy the wrong circuit type needed (220 amps). However, prior to installing the new circuit, Matthew looked at the sauna cord and then asked me why I thought I needed a 220 amp circuit. My answer, "Ummm, me because I thought a plug with its prongs not parallel to each other means it was more amps." Welp, that is not what Matthew saw we needed when his eagle eyes read the teeny tiny black print at the end of the black sauna cord that would be plugged into the circuit he would be installing. He installed the correct circuit and thus kept our sauna from probably burning out with too much power. Thanking you Team Amos for a fair price and a REALLY ATTENTIVE & CAREFUL team.
