Wired did an amazing job (Zack was the best service technician) on my 17 year old Generac Generator. Needed service and a new part. Work was done in less time than I would have ever expected. What an Amazing local company!! They will always be my “go to” for service on my generator. These guys deserve their exceptionally high rating.

The team at Wired is absolutely the best! From our generator estimate through installation was incredible. Prices were better than most, and the service prices were the cheapest we had.

The walk through and explanation of how the generator operates, how to check levels, and things to keep in mind with the generator was so thorough. Had a generator installed by Wired. Every step occurred like clockwork and they did a great job. Reginald Kelly came out, gave me a quote, and answered all my questions. He was great throughout the process and always returned my call immediately to answer any remaining questions. Omar, JJ and Chris did an awesome job digging the trench ensuring they carefully avoided all the key pipes, including drainage, in the yard. Really nice guys. And Marcus worked tirelessly all day to install the generator the next week. He made sure all the connections had a very nice and clean look. Everything seems to work well right now. Just a high quality installation and overall great team. Highly Recommend.

Omar and Raymond installed a 24kW Generac for me on May 27th 2026. The entire crew from scheduling, installation and equipment walkthrough was very professional and courteous. They worked hard and provided an amazing service. I highly recommend the individuals who helped and the company as well.

We bought an old house and have slowly been remodeling. Unfortunately, the way our electric is routed, it couldn't handle modern appliances. Not only that, we had some plugs burn up because our kitchen was hooked up to the back bedrooms and it was drawing too much current. ?? Crazy, I know!! It was a scary situation. I took a chance on Wired, and I am not disappointed at all!! I would love to thank JASON for coming out to our property to rectify the issues we were having with our circuits being heavily loaded! He was able to isolate the issues and make sure our appliances stopped tripping the breaker! It's been 7 years since we were able to run the microwave more than 47 seconds without it tripping the back two bedrooms and almost the entire kitchen! Now that the back bedrooms are separated from the microwave and the fridge and dishwasher are on their own circuit as well, it alleviates a lot of anxiety and stress. Jason, you did an outstanding job, and we are grateful! I am excited to say I have another quote coming for a different job in the near future with Jason at Wired. Beyond thrilled to have a knowledgeable electrician help us with our home. Thanks Wired, and thanks Jason!!!

Five stars all the way! The maintenance on my Generac generator was just completed, and it went perfectly. The technician was highly professional, efficient, and clearly knew their stuff. A special shout-out to Amy, who handled my booking call—she was incredibly nice, patient, and made the scheduling process completely hassle-free. From the initial phone call to the actual service, the entire experience was seamless and gave me great peace of mind. I highly recommend them and will definitely use their services again!

I needed a Level 2 EV charger installation in Tomball and Wired Electrical was the clear choice. They’ve been around for 21 years and handled the permitting and load calculation perfectly. Much more knowledgeable than the guys at the big box stores.

Wired has done a lot of work for us over the years, and we have always had a great experience with their team. I wanted to take a minute to recognize several people who have helped along the way.
Omar, JJ, Marcus, Nick, Devin, Joshua, Marshall, and Garrett have all been great to work with. Each of them has been professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with. They took the time to answer questions, explain the work being done, and make sure everything was handled the right way.
It is hard to find a company that consistently sends out good people, but Wired has done that every time. We really appreciate all of the work they have done for us and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing electrical or generator work.

Highly recommend Wired Electrical. The Electrician Drew was an awesome Craftsman. He was thorough, courteous, stayed on task! Two of his repairs involved working in wet and muddy environment. Installed a new pole light and repaired bad wiring connection to my solar well pump. He then changed out the Living Room ceiling fan. Rewired and hung the new fan and wall switch. He walked me through on how to use the remote control. On the new inside and outside installations he upgraded the anchoring screws to ensure new light fixtures were secure from falling. Do recommend them. There charge for all of there work was extremely reasonable!

I chose Wired Electric over Generator Supercenter for my generator installation and I couldn’t be more pleased with my decision. The Wired team was experienced, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly from start to finish.

I was especially impressed with the quality and neatness of their work as well as their thorough cleanup of the job site. Big shout-out to JJ and the crew - Chris, Josh and others whose names I’m unfortunately missing - for doing such an outstanding job.

Wired installed my Generac generator. I did extensive research on Generac and Kohler generators. I decided to go with the generac, because of cost and availability of spare parts. But, I don’t think you can go wrong with either a Kohler or a Generac. I had three different reputable companies give me estimates all in the same week. All of the quotes were pretty comparable to each other, a $500-1200 difference from the lowest to the highest. Wired was not the least expensive quote. But they did guarantee me, that once I agreed they could install the generator the same week. As they are in the off-season for generator installs, and already had multiple projects in my area. While the other companies were estimating about 6 to 8 weeks for installation. Wired installed my Generac. In 8 days from beginning to end. Rodney was my sales person, he came to my home. Did his measurements and stuff. Sat at my dining room table and emailed me the quote right then along with financing options. He answered all my questions, and was very responsive to my text messages with my additional questions. JJ and his crew were the installers, they arrived early Thursday morning. The insulation took about eight hours. They were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. Then I had Centerpoint energy come out the next day to upgrade my gas meter for an additional $350 I had to pay that directly to centerpoint. (Wired did let me know in advance with a phone call and an email before installation date.) So I was able to make the appointment with centerpoint for the day after installation in advance. Someone from Wired came on Monday morning to connect the gas line to the generator. Install complete! I’ve already loss power twice, once for about 10 minutes, and once for 4 hours. The generator kicked right in perfectly. Overall, I had a great experience and I would recommend.
