Honest, professional, competitive pricing.I had a poor previous experience with an electrician that told me my box had been overheated around 500-700+ degrees, due to the discoloration after opening the panel, and told me my home was at risk of fire, and needed to be replaced immediately. He proceeded to tell me they offered three packages of which he recommended the $7000 panel (most expensive) with electronic switches. Unfortunately the company’s motto relays “honesty” and “doing what’s right,” which they did not.I called Nick at Henley electric, and he took the time to open my panel completely, and showed me my box was indeed safe, not in danger of catching fire and explained I did not need to upgrade to electronic switches and that they are not necessary for what I was needing for my home.I will recommend Nick at Henley electric to anyone I know and will use for all future needs of my home and business.
Absolutely hands down the best electrician I have ever had the pleasure to work with. They helped me take care of what turned out to be pretty big and complex job with ease and speed. Nick Is especially wonderful. And I can't recommend him enough to do justice. I had an issue in the late evening in the middle of cooking dinner for family and thought for sure it would be days to get someone out. He had it all taken care of in less than an hour.
