He was however delayed by the previous appt so I was kurt with him. It is always good customer service practice to communicate with your clients regarding being held up and offer the new ETA.Customers don't appreciate not knowing where the technician is and not knowing his/her arrival time. Chris was absolutely wonderful. He did a safety check of my home then discussed it with me . He was able to answer all my questions with full explanations . He took his time answering to accommodate my lack of knowledge with electricity . He made sure I understood everything. He was very professional and I could tell he really loved his company . He was a delightful young man with manners . I will always ask for him .

These guys were greatEduardo and Isaac showed up and got this done!23 ft high 100” heavy ceiling fan. Their work was clean, precise, and professional, They were extremely respectful and made sure we were satisfied before They left. If you were looking for an electrician, I would specifically ask for Eduardo and Isaac. They make a great team and work well together!
