Wow!! I am really impressed with Hensel! Shawn was amazing and went totally above and beyond what you would expect from an electrician. I called Hensel Electric and spoke with Sarah. She understood the immediate need I had to replace an outlet before an appliance could be installed. She spoke with someone that gave the approval to have an electrician re-routed to my house. The electrician was in and out in under 20 minutes. This is a great company; I have used them several times over the past 5 years.
Had called earlier in the week to see about getting a hot tub cut off and adding an EV charger in its place. Took a few days but got a call from a very friendly guy to set up an appt. I’d called another company and so let him know I thought I was covered. He told me to call back and ask for him if anything changed.Well, things changed and he was able to send out Shawn within about 20 minutes. He did exactly what I asked of him and got the whole job done in a bit under two hours. Clean work and clearly explained. Car is charging like a champ and hot tub is free to the first one who wants it! Haha
