Quality Electric did a great job on our home putting in a new circuit breaker box and upgrading the electrical wiring from the outside. All for a great reasonable price. The response time to my call was next day , under 24 hours and they were here and did a fantastic job for me and my family. The technician Eric , was friendly and professional cleaning up after himself upon completion too. Chris was personable and knew what he was doing. The fan he installed from scratch (no pre existing fixture or wiring) works fine. The MOST important part of the whole experience was chris's tolerance and interaction with my obnoxious high energy dog. That was really important. I use a plumber who's not a dog person and its not a good experience for the dog keeping him outside so for the work by this company A+ for chris who did the work and was so good with my dog A++++++++!
Hello,At first I felt bad booking an appointment on Christmas Eve but I am architectural students and my classes start next week and I need my computer so I really liked the appointment system. It was my first time with Quality Electric, I was able to fill in my information and upload a photo of the damage, which was a burned outlet. I received a confirmation of the appointment, then the next day and then another notification yesterday. This morning, Chris called to let me know he had arrived.The appointment window was scheduled between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m., so I expected it to be later, but he arrived right at 8:00 a.m. Chris was very friendly, honest about everything and professional. He inspected the outlet, checked the electrical panel, and clearly explained what need to be done, and the cost. He also explained the outlet replacement and gave me helpful advice on what I should do moving forward.I really appreciated how honest, clear, and professional he was throughout the visit.Thank you so much Chris for everything. Jason and Kyle upgraded our panel today. Our old panel was a 50 year old mess. Pictures below. My experience working with this company from day 1 has been outstanding. From their office crew to the electricians, just outstanding. They were on time, communicated, everyone was professional, answered questions, cleaned up, you name it, they did it. I knew they were going to do a phenomenal job but they still far exceeded my expectations. For the work performed and equipment installed, price was very reasonable.
