Castle Pump Electric exceeded our expectations from start to finish! Rob and Jesus were fantastic to work with. From our very first phone call, communication was excellent. They responded quickly, kept us informed every step of the way, and were incredibly accommodating while we were under the pressure of closing on our home.

Whenever an unexpected issue came up, Jesus let us know immediately, explained our options, and found a way to get the job done. Even while working in the scorching summer heat, he remained professional and committed to doing quality work.

It's clear that Rob and his team truly care about their customers and take pride in their work. If you're looking for honest, reliable electricians who communicate well and go above and beyond, I would absolutely recommend Castle Pump Electric!

While the work itself was scheduled and completed promptly at a standard price which is why I gave 2 stars instead of 1, my overall experience was extremely frustrating. The electrician walked through my house with dirty shoes on despite me explicitly asking him not to on his first step inside and leaving dirt across my floors in the entryway and kitchen and also set-in stains on my rug, which is especially concerning with a toddler crawling around. No attempt to clean it up either. To make matters worse, communication with management was slightly unpleasant as the owner was snippy when I asked for a arrival window, offers no modern zero-fee payment options like ACH (forcing either a 4% credit card surcharge even when using debit or a mailed check, though he did drop by to collect it so I do appreciate that), and does not provide an itemized breakdown of parts used. Given the lack of respect for my home, lack of billing transparency, and the combative tone the owner takes when responding to negative feedback online (like claiming anything negative is fake), I cannot recommend this company unfortunately.

Edit: since I knew the owner would be defensive when I made the review... Apparently they never make any mistakes and the customer is always wrong? Anyway, I'm not sure how my story doesn't add up. I asked for the estimate for the other job prior to any work being done so I'm not sure how that doesn't "add up". Why would I ask for a discount? I gave you an extra star because there was nothing wrong with the work itself and I'm more than happy to pay full price for what I received. However, you do need to be more professional which is obvious from the responses from any negative reviews. I said I was appreciative of you stopping by to get the payment but you weren't doing me a favor when you make it difficult to pay. As a former business owner with a business degree, the way you treat unhappy customers is absolutely unacceptable. For your own sake, please try to not lash out at customers and correct the issues from the negative feedback. I hope your company succeeds. Best of luck
