*update- about 1.5 into our floor install we noticed bubbling, shifting, and the floor beginning to crack. John no longer worked at Barrington at the time so we made several calls and left messages. We never received a return call. This went on for several months. My wife needed to go into the store and by this time we were passed the 2 year install date so they told her they couldn’t do anything about the install, but would send someone to have a look at it. Over a year later, no contact. Our floors are cracking and shifting. The flooring has at least a 5 year guarantee. Very disappointed with the service and will not be using Barrington again.

***1/2019—We highly recommend John at Barrington. He was so helpful from start to finish. He was very knowledgeable about the products and helped us choose the right flooring throughout our home. He worked within our budget and made sure we were completely satisfied with the results.

I opened Altima Tan 15 years ago and during the buildout I went to Barrington for our floor covering. Valarie was my sales rep and she researched several coverings that would not be affected by the UV light. She went as far as to get a letter from a manufacturer that guaranteed their product for 20 years. So, 15 years later, it's as shinny as the day it was installed. See pics.

So, today I called Barrington and to my surprise she still worked there. I was frustrated by having to repaint my deck every year. Rather than take a sale for some indoor/outdoor carpet, she told me to grin and bare it as the carpet would look nice, but would ultimately rote the wood.

If you are looking for sound advise on what or what not to purchase, at a price you can afford, she's your go to person.
