Love love love my new floors! We had an excellent experience from start to finish. Jamie was awesome and patient with us as we made selections and asked a ton of questions. He provided estimates with different options and was all around great to work with. The contractors were timely, professional, asked us for feedback before they made certain cuts and did outstanding work! They did our entire first floor in tile and lvp (we still need to install our baseboards on our own, by choice). We will absolutely be back to get our carpet done next!

A huge shout out to Jamie and his crew. I got my original carpet from them in 2021. I had some recent issues with it and they helped me file a claim with Shaw Floors and got the carpet replaced quickly and easily!
