From the beginning, I was totally happy with my experience.Sam was extremely knowledgeable and guided me to the right products for my home (dog proof, kid proof and husband proof). The installation was smooth and Dominic did an excellent job of leveling the floor to ensure proper installation. Steve did a great job on the carpet in my living room, bed room and stairs. I would highly recommend them for your flooring needs. Their personal service will beat the big box stores.
Went to the big box stores first, and fortunately that experience lead me to Ultimate Flooring. Passed it many times on 619, and thought about stopping. There was no pressure, they didn’t attempt to sell me the most expensive carpet, in fact it was the opposite. Employees know their product very well and everyone I spoke with was accommodating, listened to my need and suggested products and created a visual to make the selection easier. My order arrived on time and installation was perfect. The installer was on time, quick, removed residual and vacuumed the area leaving it spotless. I will return.
Our family had been searching for a flooring company or individual to help with leveling uneven subfloor and install LVP flooring for our whole first floor. The task was not impossible but was difficult due to the material on the existing subfloor and odd angles of walls. Doug and Tom came to the home with confidence and knowledge about materials and expectations. We are absolutely thrilled with the result of the flooring. The installers were great at giving us advice to help our flooring last and also informing us as each working day came to an end, what to expect the following day. We had one issue with installing a toilet due to a flange. But Doug was great about reassuring me that once we got the flange addressed by a plumber , he would be back the following working day to relay the flooring in the bathroom. I can not express enough the feeling of enjoying your home where you have spent 2.5 years tiptoeing in due to terrible existing flooring.The pricing is worth the professional opinions, creative thinking and confidence in what is being installed in your home!
A+ customer service while deciding on the flooring options. The installer was here on time each day, kept me informed as to what was going on and cleaned up at the end of each day. He was also courteous and friendly. I’ll be purchasing more flooring from them when my next house project comes up!
Yesterday Tommy put in carpet and today Doug put in vinyl. They both did a stellar job! I’ve never bought flooring before and Ultimate Flooring made it easy and Tommy and Doug really know the business. I couldn’t be happier. Price, quality and installation all great. Definitely recommend!
