We had a new kitchen floor installed by Bastian in May.From help in the showroom ,to our home measuring appointment ,through the installation every aspect of our experience was excellent! We are delighted with the finished product and would choose Bastian again as well as recommend them to others .
We had our whole first floor redone with lvp and upstairs carpeted by Bastians. The flooring turned out seamless! It brightened our space and took 15 years off our home. The selection of flooring was incredible and the sales personnel were extremely knowledgeable on what floor would hold up best against toddlers and two large dogs! The installers were extremely professional and cleaned up after themselves to the point I wouldn’t have even notice they were in my house. I would definitely reccomend if you’re looking to have your floors done RUN to Bastian Carpet One!
I can’t recommend Bastian enough! We shopped around quite a bit before deciding on who to go with. A lot of other companies marketed low carpet prices per square foot, but came back with extremely high quotes after all the “extras” & unnecessary square footage. From the beginning Bastian was fair and transparent. Kyle at the show room was so helpful and extremely patient with us and our young kids. He kept our budget in mind and recommended a carpet we absolutely love. Install was quicker than the timeline we were told, even though the carpet had to be ordered. From order to completion took less than 2 weeks. Derek and his team did a fantastic job installing the new carpet! They were timely, professional and fun to have. We’ll be returning to Bastian in the future for all our flooring needs!
Wish I could give 10 stars! They replaced the carpeting/flooring in my home and it looks amazing! They are very professional and easy to deal with. Great customer service. The installers were fantastic, a pleasure to deal with, and were quick but meticulous with the install. The sales staff in store are very helpful, warm and inviting. They helped me select the perfect carpet for my needs. Trust their recommendations, they are extremely accurate. They are now my permanent go to people for all things flooring. I am so pleased with the work they have done and the overall experience with everyone I dealt with. I highly recommend this company to everyone.
Purchased and Installed new carpet in Bedroom and Master bedroom. Sales people very helpful and friendly. Julie came out and measured. She was on time, very friendly and helpful . The installation crew was top notch. They were on time, very polite. They did a quality installation and cleaned up after themselves. They vacuumed the carpets after the installation and made sure everything was done to our satisfaction. I highly recommend using Bastian for your flooring.
