We are fairly new home owners and were searching for a good, fair, and respectful company to entrust our whole home new flooring.. so very thankful we found EcoFlooring. We were especially grateful and relieved when we met Mr. Thiago Borges, who listened to all our worries and really paid attention to details with his work on the installation of our flooring. Thiago and his team went above and beyond to ensure our final satisfaction. We will definitely be entrusting future projects to both EcoFlooring and Mr. Thiago Borges!
Love the floor colors. The biggest issue that I am having as of December 2025 is that the stair edgers appear to be popping loose at the top of the stairs ??. I’m not sure what’s happening, but these are the only ones that appear to be elevated …and you can see that they’re slightly elevated compared to the way that the other flooring planks are laid. They weren’t like this in the beginning and there has been normal use throughout the house. I’m making this update as of December 2025 because I want to give a full honest review and this should be my last update unless the company reaches back out to me. First, I’m changing my initial rating from five stars down to three stars because for my first interaction with this company, I had two different jobs completed: the flooring throughout the entire house and a custom project involving the creation of a bookcase shelf door, which would open up to become a hidden storage closet for the space under my stairs; I ended up having to have another company to come behind and repair and replace the work on the bookcase part of the project and that is not an effective use of funds, especially for me as a new widow(April 2025), but the project was very important to me long-term because it was created in memory of my husband and I needed it to be right. I absolutely hate wasting money and I feel like I would rather have gotten the company who corrected the bookcase project to do this part of the project completely instead; the Eco Flooring carpenter’s craftsmanship was not sustainable. The carpenter basically showed up the same day and started cutting into the wall. I am not saying that the carpenter does bad work overall because I could not make that assessment having not seen any of his other work, but this project required more technicality and consideration for planning, especially if it was a project that may never have been attempted before. The flooring install was originally done in August 2025 and by September 2025 the owner had reached out to me to correct the issue with the baseboards and offered to send someone out to come and paint the baseboards on the first level of the house. I thoroughly appreciate that. It showed me that they cared about their reputation as a company and wanted to make every effort to correct a small wrong. I’m grateful for that. It’s actually rare to have that level of engagement with a company owner. And I’m speaking of literal phone calls to make the corrections??.By October 2025, I was having trouble keeping my custom bookcase door closed. We confirmed that there was some issues with the original leveling of the door and the frame which is why I was having issues trying to use it. I only use it for DVDs and board games. Overall, the results of the concept I presented appeared impressive for a two day build, but I was not anticipating having challenges with the door two months later. There were things that I did not notice until I was attempting to have the drywall added on the inside of the storage closet. I did not know that when they installed the flooring in that storage closet that it did not flow into the living room but instead, it was cut short to accommodate the design of the original door. I remember telling the salesman Eric that I wanted the flooring to also be put into that storage closet. I had issues with the door, scraping against the siding of the frame and the roller ball locking mechanism stopped working at some point after minimal use. Because the bookcase and its frame were visibly not leveled. I was having issues with basic opening and closing the door and everyone was tripping over a design piece at the base of the entrance, I made a decision to hire someone to correct the issue and I ended up having to pay a little bit over a half of what I paid originally for this job for the correction.I obtained a quote with Eco Flooring for a small bathroom remodel in my master bathroom at the beginning of all this work, but I decided against it because of price and just not having full confidence after this experience.
Great experience from start to finish. Thiago and team was professional, on time, and did an excellent job with the floor installation. Quality of work was very good, and they cleaned up after the job was done. Communication was clear throughout the process. I would definitely recommend them for flooring work.
Eco Flooring does great work and I would highly recommend them. I have used them in two of my homes already. They are quick to respond to any flooring issues you may have and will leave you impressed. They also did my tub surround and my kitchen backsplash. We are very happy!
Eric was great to work with. There was no pressure to buy and we were given lots of options for LVP to chose from! We had engineered hardwood floors that weren’t standing up to three dogs running around! The team replaced the whole first level in less than 5 hours! Everything was put back right where I had them. The floors turned out amazing! We highly recommend and will use them again!
