Customer service is little to none at this location came in trying to figure out if I had a white oak flooring sample or red. The gentleman at the front desk had a little to zero interest in helping me determining what sample I had he offered me to buy a test kit, which I did But then he had zero a little interest in helping me even operate the test when I tell you zero interest I mean zero interest he sold it to me. I stood up by the desk for a little bit to try to figure out how to even use the test kit, and he sat there and complete silence. When I decided I couldn’t figure it out. I started to walk out the door he says have a good day. I normally go to a hardwood supplier in Norcross that helps me out with everything that I need They normally help me out. They are 10 times better than these guys the only reason In Alpharetta is because I did not want to go to the location in Norcross as it would have taken me too much time, but I won’t make that mistake again stay away from these guys.
I called the store at 3.47 pm Friday and asked that my eta is 3.55 pm is it okay to come he said yes and I was in need of solid wood for my stairs since I am not a contractor I was not able to answer all of his questions but I was having all the dimensions pic and the tread I was using on my stairs I just wanted wood for my landing.I asked him can he talk to my contractor he said yes I called my contractor unfortunately he didn’t answered but in the mean while he asked me a question that I was not aware of and I said I don’t know thisThen suddenly he threw the bundle of wood he was holding in hand that I was walking towards the register to buyAnd then he started yelling at me saying that the contractor I hired is an idiot and I am wasting his time I don’t know anything and lot more . For a moment I went in shock how someone can behave like thisI will post the picture of the plank that I was walking towards the register to buyHe was a white guy( I am not trying to emphasize on the skin color) this is just coz people or the owner will get to know who is the person since I don’t know the name of the person.This behavior is really not acceptableIf u r not having time or willing to stand plz tell in advance coz I called you before making my wayHorrible experience
