I've been doing business with them for years and have never had a single issue, which says a lot about their professionalism and consistency. They have greate prices fantastic customer service, atmosphere, and the way they treat us customers really set them apart. A special shoutout to Sam and Angelica for their amazing customer service. They always make us feel welcome, greet us by name, and genuinely take the time to help with whatever we need. You can tell they truly care about their customers and go out of their way to make sure everyone is taken care of. It's rare to find this level of kindness and professionalism nowadays. Customer service is little to none at this location came in trying to figure out if I had a white oak flooring sample or red. The gentleman at the front desk had a little to zero interest in helping me determining what sample I had he offered me to buy a test kit, which I did But then he had zero a little interest in helping me even operate the test when I tell you zero interest I mean zero interest he sold it to me. I stood up by the desk for a little bit to try to figure out how to even use the test kit, and he sat there and complete silence. When I decided I couldn’t figure it out. I started to walk out the door he says have a good day. I normally go to a hardwood supplier in Norcross that helps me out with everything that I need They normally help me out. They are 10 times better than these guys the only reason In Alpharetta is because I did not want to go to the location in Norcross as it would have taken me too much time, but I won’t make that mistake again stay away from these guys.

I called the store at 3.47 pm Friday and asked that my eta is 3.55 pm is it okay to come he said yes and I was in need of solid wood for my stairs since I am not a contractor I was not able to answer all of his questions but I was having all the dimensions pic and the tread I was using on my stairs I just wanted wood for my landing. I asked him can he talk to my contractor he said yes I called my contractor unfortunately he didn’t answered but in the mean while he asked me a question that I was not aware of and I said I don’t know this Then suddenly he threw the bundle of wood he was holding in hand that I was walking towards the register to buy And then he started yelling at me saying that the contractor I hired is an idiot and I am wasting his time I don’t know anything and lot more . For a moment I went in shock how someone can behave like this I will post the picture of the plank that I was walking towards the register to buy He was a white guy( I am not trying to emphasize on the skin color) this is just coz people or the owner will get to know who is the person since I don’t know the name of the person. This behavior is really not acceptable If u r not having time or willing to stand plz tell in advance coz I called you before making my way Horrible experience
