Second experience at FD.
We had a leak in our custom 6x6 shower
We realized we would not “ match “ the existing tile so we decided to replace with a contrast , complimentary color
I could not decide online , so I drove 2 hours to this FD store, on Roswell Rd. After a bit of meandering down l the aisles and choices
Rinku Dhwawan, a sales consultant offered to help. He asked great questions, looked at my photos. He guided me to a few excellent choices; so much inventory but we quickly narrowed it down .
I made the decision and we easily found a pebble flooring to match .
I smiled and told him, “ best and easiest transaction ever! “
Definitely make the trip .

Amazing employees!! Whoever does the hiring should be commended! The staff are the most helpful, nicest, personable and most knowledgeable of ANY home/supply/flooring/ tile store.
We have been in the store five times in the last three days and i can’t say enough about the knowledge and willingness to help!! Especially Lorenzo… who is a walking encyclopedia of knowledge about each and every piece of tile, stone, wood, glass….and on top of it so incredibly welcoming and happy to see each customer walk in the door!!! Plus, he’s invested and takes the time to remember who returns!!! That is incredible!! He goes ABOVE and BEYOND the call of duty!!! Deonte and Stacy are two others that went above and beyond for us. As a customer, you typically have to ask for anything needed and more than once….. not with them!!! They notice their customers and anticipated our needs every step of the way, literally. We planned to visit other stores and because of the customer service we decided to purchase all through Floor and Decor!! Thank you for a great renovation experience!!

Great stock of items and great customer service. I came here hunting for flooring that was completely depleted at the Memorial store despite me previously being promised otherwise.

Jocelyn was the amazing sales associate there who not only joyfully offered to assist me immediately when I entered the store, but she also found an abundance of the flooring I was looking for. There was a low supply of it at the floor display, but she diligently searched the store and involved her colleagues to help find a palette with a several boxes of the flooring I wanted. She saved the day. I live almost an hour away, so she saved me time from making another trip to a different store searching for this specific flooring.

After I made my purchase, the gentleman who works the pick up order desk on the side of the building was also very kind. Once I parked my car, he loaded all the flooring in my trunk and was quite pleasant to interact with. They totally redeemed my disappointing experience at the Memorial store.
