Correction 2/9/24 Tony and his crew came out and corrected/repaired everything the previous installer put in and now our carpet/ home looks great. Thank you for making this right and helping to make the experience to horrible. He was very knowledgeable and understanding of our concerns.
Original post: Took some time to get the carpet which I understand is standard however our carpet was given to someone else in another state and then once found was delayed in NC for weather for over a week. Install was rescheduled multiple times 1 of which was same day originally scheduled and we weren’t informed until the hour it was scheduled after we had moved all furniture out of the house. Then after install the man that installed didn’t clean up after himself and made us do yourselves. We found a seam showing in the hall which was promptly scheduled to correct but when he came back he said it was normal and just vacuum the carpet a different direction and it would go away after 3-4 weeks.
