Unfortunately, the installation was so poorly done that I had to hire a separate professional to fix the work. I tried contacting the Amarillo location three times while the flooring was still under warranty but didn't receive the support I needed and eventually stopped trying.
Now, three years later, the floors they installed are separating, which only reinforces the issues from the original install.
This was my second purchase with LL, and it will absolutely be my last. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration—go with any other flooring company, this one is a joke.

They never delivered a purchase I made and kept making excuses on why it hasn’t been delivered. Every day it was going to arrive but never did. Submitted a return was told 7-10 business days still no refund. I called they said they messed up the return. So going on another 7-10 lumber liquidator days till I find out if I get a refund or not. I highly recommend looking somewhere else.

Amarillo Lumber Liquidators caused many problems. I hired them to install flooring in my Airbnb home. The 2-3 day job turned into a 3.5 MONTH job. Their mistakes cost me thousands of dollars, as I had to shut down my Airbnb business to accommodate their constant mistakes. They lied to me many times, argued with me and blamed me for mistakes, and stopped communicating with me before the job was complete. They took my money and left me with a mess of a home/business.
I bought flooring from them and they arranged the installation. They brought a guy to my home who did not know how to do the job. The guy then hired 2 strangers from Facebook who had not once installed floors. They ruined the floor when they laid the floor 4 times, messing up each time. Amarillo Lumber Liquidators fired the crew after poor work. I even have pictures of a guy from this crew walking in my home smoking cigarettes. Many mistakes were made.
A 2nd crew came in to fix my floor, but the the floor was scratched and ruined from the first crews mistakes.
I fought and negotiated with corporate after the Amarillo store stopped communicating with me. Amarillo Lumber Liquidators did not have the skill set to help fix the many problems. They refused to help me and continued to lie about the job.
Corporate and I negotiated for weeks, which ended in agreement of them paying me around $3800 for the many mistakes, plus they would install a new floor.

Not only did Amarillo Lumber Liquidators lie to me and provide poor service, corporate Lumber Liquidators did the same. Corporate will not return my emails and calls.
Run far away from Amarillo Lumber Liquidators. They took my money and refused to help me when their mistake became too stressful to fix.
