I would never go back to this place and I would not recommend anyone from purchasing any tiles if you are not 100% sure of your purchase decision.I purchased 800 SF of Porcelain tiles from this place that were on sale but did not pickup the tiles from their warehouse which is on the opposite side of their show room on Ball Rd in Anaheim, CA for the house I am buying that hasn't closed yet in the escrow. The next day my wife changed her mind about the tiles patterns so she called Earthstone Quarries and spoke to the lady that works in the showroom and told her she wants to cancel the purchase. She said she needed to talk to the owner/manager about the cancellation but she wasn't sure about the cancellation.On Saturday May 5th, 2013, a week later I went back to the store with my purchase receipt and saw the lady in the show room and told her that I wanted to cancel my purchase and needed a refund of $1472 back on my Visa card. She said I needed to see the owner across the street at their warehouse and talk to him about it.Walked across the street and met the owner (Maher) and upon my arrival I felt that he wasn't going to refund my credit card. He said, he needed to take 8% from the total purchase price and I refused to accept the deduction and demanded for full refund because I never saw any of the tiles I purchased prior to that date nor I had any product in my possession.The owner began yelling at me and raised his voice since I refused to accept the 8% deduction and asked me to leave his store.Immediately I called my credit company and disputed the charges and now I am waiting to hear back from the credit card company and this process would take two billing cycles.I will also contact the BBB and report this fraudulent transaction. DO NOT buy any tiles from this store if you are uncertain of your selection.
