I appreciate and love using a local company instead of big box. Even though it was more expensive, the personal attention and care are worth it, from the sales team - Danielle - to the installers. Bobby and his install team were beyond nice, respectful, efficient and went above and beyond. There’s a couple minor details with some of the quarter round they installed, but I would recommend Ann Arbor Carpets to anyone.
Our Ann Arbor Carpets adventure began with Steve following up on a lead for a product to cover our wooden garage stairs. Steve came to the house to look at the job and actually recommended a solution that would be far less expensive yet still pleasing to the eye. While here, we asked Steve to see if an area rug we had could be salvaged. After his close examination he said that it was very fixable, just needed surging replacement. The price quoted was very reasonable and saved an area rug we really, really liked. We now have the area rug back and it looks great and the price was incredibly reasonable. Our wooden garage stairs are now covered, look great and I believe will give us great durability for years to come. Our installer, Jim, had some great suggestions and added a few nice little touches along the way. A true professional craftsman!
