What customers say

Customers praise knowledgeable staff and helpful product guidance. A bathroom-tile shopper valued color suggestions that helped make the selection quick. Our contractor recommended us to come here to pick tiles for our bathrooms. Christina helped us during the whole process, she is very knowledgable and has really good taste for colors and made good suggestions which helped us pick what we need in a very short period of time (which we really needed). Highly recommend the place and highly recommend Christina!

Five Stars. 100%. Great products, best pricing & awesome showroom for all products. We’ve been especially happy with our designer, Mia Graham,?who was on top off all our design questions. With her help we’ve remodeled 2 baths and laundry room, top to bottom, and are 150% happy with all the results. Thanks Mia! For anyone thinking of remodeling on their own or with the help of a remodeler, Floor & Decor is the place. They are the source. There are others out there, but F&D has perfected the process and has been a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend.

Avoid Ash Peterburg Hardwood Flooring from Floor & Decor!!!! We purchased and installed approximately 1,500 sq ft of Ash Peterburg hardwood flooring from Floor & Decor in early 2025. Since then, we've experienced significant issues including cupping, gapping, buckling, and warping. After contacting customer service, we were informed that the next step in the claims process requires us to hire a Certified Flooring Inspector to assess the damage. Unfortunately, quotes from inspectors range between $700 and $1,200—an expense that is difficult to justify without assurance of reimbursement. Additionally, the environmental conditions specified for warranty eligibility—humidity between 45%–65% and temperatures between 18°C to 21°C (65°F to 70°F)—are highly impractical. Maintaining such strict parameters is challenging even in commercial settings, let alone in a typical residential home. We're concerned that these unrealistic requirements could unfairly disqualify us from warranty coverage. We’re feeling discouraged and uncertain about how to proceed. If you're considering this product, we strongly recommend doing thorough research and asking detailed questions before making a purchase.
